What to know regarding your RV park reservation

Welcome to Rustic Ridge! Take a look at our rates listed below, and as you proceed with your reservations, kindly consider a few important points. To secure your accommodations at our RV park, full payment is collected at the time of reservation, and our booking system ensures the security of credit card information.

Guest Policies

By making a reservation, guests agree to abide by our Guest Policies Agreement. Preview the Guest Policy Agreement here. Guests who won't abide by our policies might be asked to leave without a refund.

Reservations

To make a reservation, guests can either book online or call us directly at 479-777-8897. The full amount of the reservation is due upon booking, including taxes and fees. However, any extra pet, extra guest, cabin cleaning, or violation fees may be charged after check-in. Please note, credit card will remain on file in case of damages incurred.

Cancellations

At Rustic Ridge, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your RV site, we please ask that you let us know at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date. Cancellations made before 72 hours prior to arrival will receive a full refund, except for holiday bookings, which are non-refundable. Cabin reservations cancelled 5 days prior to arrival date can receive a full refund.

Daily Rates

• RV Sites: rates are $45 Sunday-Thursday and $50 Friday-Saturday. Rates are for 4 people and 2 pets. Additional people are $5 per extra person per night. Additional pets are $10 per extra pet per night. A maximum of 6 people and 4 pets are allowed at each RV site.
• Tiny Cabins: rates start at $81 nightly for max 2 guests; no pets allowed.
• Twin Cabin Units: rates start at $125 nightly for max 4 guests; max 2 pets welcome for a rate of $75 per pet per stay.
• Glamping Tents: Coming soon!!

Monthly Rates

Monthly sites are limited, so please contact our team to find out more about monthly availability and rates if interested.

Holidays

During holidays, a minimum stay of 2 nights is required and reservations are non-refundable. Rustic Ridge reserves the right to increase the rates listed below for special/ local holidays and events due to increased demand.

• RV Sites: rates start at $45 nightly.

Pets

We simply ask for you to let us know if you plan to bring your furry friends with you to Rustic Ridge when you book your stay. All RV site rates include 2 pets at no extra cost. Additional pets are $10 per extra pet per night with a maximum of 4 pets total at each RV site. Up to two pets are allowed in the Black and White River with a pet fee of $75 per pet per stay. No pets allowed in tiny cabins, glamping tents and tipi, or clubhouse. Please be sure to read over our pet guidelines.

Fees and Taxes

All of the rates quoted above do not include taxes. Please note that these will appear in the cart once you add your accommodations.
